Yet during my own first pregnancy and birth, I saw how proscribed protocols reign over individual attention and self-consciousness clouds self-efficacy. In short, fear-based systems are the norm, instead of love-based care. Birth has largely become an emergency, rather than a natural emergence… I hope that by sharing my own story, you’ll feel inspired to explore all your choices & inner guidance towards what’s right for you, your baby and your life as a mother…
