What is a Full-Spectrum Doula?

Wherever you are in this motherhood journey, I want to meet you there.

The road we travel from conception to postpartum looks different for everyone but one thing we know for sure is that every woman deserves dignity, respect and non-judgmental support when venturing on this path.

A full spectrum doula is an individual that brings the doula model of care to any pregnancy or outcome.

This not only means that I’m here for you at every stage from pre-conception to postpartum, but also goes deeper into many under-supported motherhood experiences, such as miscarriage, adoption, stillbirth, surrogacy, abortion, birth trauma or infertility.

As a full spectrum doula, I acknowledge whatever path you’ve taken, each experience has impacted your emotional and physical being.

If you’ve endured past traumatic events from pregnancy or childbirth, it’s not uncommon to carry those experiences with you into future situations. But healing is possible, and it’s your right to find the loving support that will help you to discover the truest expression of yourself in Motherhood…
