The Right Doula Can Be Hard to Find!
Are you having trouble finding someone near you who you feel safe, respected and very aligned with?
It’s all about the right fit. It’s crucial that you Trust yourself when deciding on providers.
It’s your right to feel comfortable and well-supported. It’s your right to know all your choices and be given autonomy over your body & your baby. The team you choose during pregnancy, birth & postpartum should really see you, warmly respect you and treat you with the utmost care.
That’s why my virtual door is open to you.
While I can’t be there in-person for your birth, I can guide and support you in almost all the same ways I would with a local client.
Here’s how it works…
We’ll begin with an initial prenatal video call, to dive into your unique needs, desires, fears and birth dreams. Throughout our time together, you’ll be supported with on-going email and phone support. I’ll provide you with resources and practices that are a best fit for you, and we’ll have another 2 prenatal + 2 postnatal support sessions. Throughout the journey, you’ll have in-the-moment access to me via the free VOXER app, where you can leave voice memos & text messages.
All my packages also include Moon Cycle Self-Care Guides.
Use these guides to ground your journey. They’ll support you to set important goals/intentions, take action, regularly nurture yourself, honor your process and let go of what no longer serves you or isn’t working.
What we’ll do together…
3 Prenatal zoom calls (each 1 hour long) will include:
Falling in Love: Mama-baby bonding during pregnancy
Discussing your dream birth and how we can work together to achieve it.
Graciously uncovering and addressing your fears and allowing your confidence to shine.
Birth education, positions, breathing techniques, partner education + more!
Awakening your mama-intuition because it’s your greatest power.
Helping you advocate for your needs every step of the way.
Trimester nutritional guides & recipes
Optimizing your unique wellness needs through nutrition, exercises, meditation techniques and other supportive practices.
Postpartum planning (i.e. setting up support systems, meal planning, self-care routines, boundaries and more)
2 Postpartum zoom calls (each 1 hour long) may include:
On-going email and phone support
Debriefing your birth story and journaling it for a keep-sake
Postpartum planning and preparation for you & partner/family
Supply emotional support
Breastfeeding & Bottle support
Help with identifying your needs & arranging care…. (i.e. book you massage)
Baby care and Baby wearing education
Tools & practices to overcome anxiety and overwhelm
Support for your unique postpartum experience >>> It’s my nature to meet you/generate ideas/make appointments.
