As a certified, full spectrum doula, I’m very passionate about supporting women at every stage of the Motherhood journey. My in-person focus is to ignite your confidence & empower you to experience pregnancy, birth & postpartum on your own terms.
I’m also a full-spectrum mom!
Being a mother of three boys has given me the experience & no-holds-barred training to match (or surpass) my professional education. :) I’m walking this path with you, and I know what it means to not have answers or feel lost as much as I know how amazing it is to feel deeply supported and to find my greatest gifts & strengths through motherhood. Birth Doula Package
Emotional, physical & labor Support throughout pregnancy, at your birth & in the first weeks postpartum.
2-3 prenatal appointments.
Labor and birth support—— + companionship up to 2 hours directly following birth, to help get you & baby comfortable and nourished.
Pregnancy & postpartum organic herbs, teas and salves.
Trimester nutritional & supplemental guides.
Two postpartum appointments.
Processing your birth story with you, and journaling it for a keep sake.
Empowering you to know your choices, and make informed decisions that are right for you.
Moon Cycle Self-care guides.
Throughout the journey, you’ll have in-the-moment access to me via the free VOXER app, where we can exchange voice memos & text messages.
Postpartum Packages
Postpartum Doula support for you and your family to soothe the many, often under-estimated needs of the “fourth trimester,” so you & your family can fully embrace this special time.
Postpartum packages are customized. My hours are spent at your home, and may include:
On-going email and phone support
Debriefing birth story and journaling it for a keep sake
Baby wearing, baby care & cuddles so parents can rest
Light home cleaning
Care for other children in the house & pets
Breastfeeding & Bottle Support
Nutritious meal preparation to support healing and well being
